By creating an account, funding a digital wallet, or purchasing a Wi-Fi voucher on WANGARAWA Wi-Fi, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and acceptable network usage policies.
Wallet balances are maintained in NGN and can be used to purchase any active Wi-Fi package on the platform. Online deposits are credited only after server-side confirmation from the payment gateway. Manual bank transfers are credited after administrative verification.
When you confirm a package purchase, the platform automatically assigns one available voucher code belonging to the selected package. Once a voucher code is assigned and displayed to your account, you are responsible for keeping the code confidential.
If a purchase fails due to insufficient stock or a system error, no funds are deducted from your wallet. If you experience a verified technical issue with an assigned voucher code, submit a ticket via the Support Tickets page with your transaction reference so an administrator can inspect and issue a controlled wallet refund if warranted.
Users must not use WANGARAWA Wi-Fi hotspots for unlawful activities, network attacks, unauthorized voucher sharing, or bandwidth abuse. Accounts violating security rules may be suspended.
